Describe what you do creatively.
I make art using a range of different mediums including drawing, painting, costume, performance, installation and video. I also enjoy collaborating creatively with other artists, performers and musicians.
Do you identify as an artist, illustrator, designer, or something else?
I identify as a cross-disciplinary visual artist.
Do you stick to a defined stylistic direction in your work?
I have a recognisable style but it's constantly evolving.
If so, describe that direction and what led to that decision.
I think my style came about through developing my own individual approach to drawing over the last two decades as well as looking at different artworks by both historical and contemporary artists. Folk art, outsider art, film, music and literature have all influenced my style.
What colours and/or shapes excite you?
I'm excited by vibrant, dramatic, warm/natural and intense colour as well as organic and geometric shapes!

I have a positive relationship with chaos – much of my work is a kind of controlled chaos!

Daily, rational life can sometimes discourage me from being creative.
What are you expecting from the RMXTV experience?
I'm expecting to have a lot of fun and work quite spontaneously and quickly!

I know that the RMX projects have happened internationally and with a range of different artists in various contexts.
